Fill out this form to make sure we have parent/guardian info connected to your child(ren)'s info. Our database keeps families together—and designates adults and children. Having correct info helps us keep all our students safe, and helps us celebrate them for birthdays and graduations, etc.

We believe that teaching children to love God and others occurs at home as well as at church. At Life Church, we partner with parents, teaching them to love God and love people.
Through fun experiences, music and lessons that encourage kids to participate, we present Jesus Christ and His Church in a relevant way, creating moments children will never forget.
We are ONE HOUSE, MANY ROOMS! Each of our locations have an incredible KIDS LIFE team, and offer full experiences on Sundays and during the week for infants, up through 5th grade.
We'll be launching our PreTeen Ministry in Fall 2024, which will be for students in grades 4, 5, and 6.
